Clear light golden pour with moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of maple syrup and cinnamon powder. Taste is tart and puckering with a flavor that follows the nose with maple sugar and cinnamon upfront backed by tart apple. Moderately tart finish that lingers a good bit with apple flavor and just a touch of cinnamon. Medium bodied.
