I'm definitely not a hops fan, but I was given this bottle by a cider buddy. Pleasantly surprised! I had been expecting hops to the extreme (like Rev Nat's tends to do), but it had a very mild hops flavor. It comes across with more floral & citrus than hops. Quite drinkable for folks like me who don't like the scent/flavor of hops. No significant bitterness. The maple syrup is a nice touch. It could have used some carbonation though. Reminds me of Portland Cider Hop'Rageous. I'm curious what 3 hops varieties they used.
