This is a fun a fizzy rose cider from France. I don't usually drink rose, I got this one by accident. There are notes that are reminiscent of Spanish style ciders, but they are less pronounced and this is drinkable for me. I would be interested in trying the Florentin next time, as it's probably more to my taste. The fine bubbles made this very refreshing to drink with some spicy chicken.
