As part of the National trust, Killerton Estate produce there own cider using apples from their own orchards using traditional methods.
This bitter sweet cider is very natural with minamal intervention as this tastes very much like apple straight to bottle.
It's a little dry with a bitter aftertaste.
The only thing that slightly let's it down abit for me is its quite gassy.
A little less carbonation and this would be very pleasant.
