Another extraordinary cider from Prior's Tipple. The wild yeasts and old apple varieties they use deliver a deeply complex brew, which almost defies description.
The light, golden colour is clear and inviting, and the rich, fruity nose hints at wood smoke, whilst promising so much more. The flavour reminds me of a chai cider I tried last month, but with greater subtlety. As you may already have guessed, I loved this. Definitely a favourite.
