The pour is a hazy still golden the aroma is sweet and phenolic apple. The taste is slightly sour and tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and reasonable astringent. The finish is a slightly acidic and bitter apple. It’s not as acidic as some Spanish Sidra that I have had.
