Midnight Special

This perry had a slightly sweet twangy start, but then the dryness kicked in and the acidity brought a bit of a burn to the back of the throat. After your first sip, the tangy pear taste just seems to fizz on the tongue. I gave my other half a try and she said it’s very similar to tasting the old fashioned fruit salad sweet. Overall it wasn’t bad perry but not overly amazing either. At 5%, It’s something that a pint or 2 is more than enough.
