Mouliere

Dark opaque straw colour, with no carbonation. Slightly funky on the nose with some toffee. VERY smooth cider. Starts quite sweet, with toffee notes hitting the pallet first. These are then pushed to one side with mild oaky flavours with a hint acid, giving it a brush of sourness at the end. Cider gets sweeter the more you drink. Very pleasant cider. I would happily drink more of this. Bought by a friend who had a holiday in Guernsey.
