Clear straw colored pour. Moderate to heavy carbonation. Moderate aroma that has a hint of spice. Strong taste that has a lot of apple as well as the cumin, star anise and coriander listed in the description. Bit of lime in the lingering finish. Interesting, different and good. Earthy. Tastes like it would be good with curry. Medium bodied. Light tartness and bitterness.
