From another fantastic Western North Carolina cider maker, Mystic Dragon is such an interesting cider. It is almost crystal clear with no haze, very sparkling. The taste is complex. It's another tea cider that once again, I love. The rhubarb and strawberry just add to the layers of flavor. The fruit taste (and aroma) I think comes more from these three things more than the apple.
