No 7 2018 Vintage

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Golden colour, with an aroma which combines tones of mineral oil, apple skin, and sawdust. Crisp fruit flavour, developing light tannins and wood in the aftertaste, with a pepperiness in the finish. The flavours were hard to pin down, but the overall taste is pleasant and would suit a mature Wensleydale or a sharp goat's cheese. Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
