Norfolk Growler

Update 26/12/23. Just had this again but it is now still and clear. Maybe a touch of wood in the aroma now and a crisp refreshing finish. I find this iteration more enjoyable. Golden colour with a pink hue, moderate fizz and slightly hazy. They don’t define this but it is made from 60% perry pears and 40% Browns Apple so I’ve classed it as perry. Interesting colour, light but crisp fruity aroma. Dry fruity flavour with a little leather and straw.

Norfolk growler is actually made up or 40% single variety browns apples and 60% perry pears, so I'm going to class this as a perry. It has a very natural still identity with quite a clear complexion. I would describe this as having a distinct crisp and light feel with some woody astringent tones throughout. Generally, this is a nice refreshing, easy to drink cider/perry!
