Made from cider & heirloom apple varieties. 750ml bottle for about $16 bought in the Seattle area. This is quite apple-forward as it is back sweetened. The flavor doesn't get too complex, but besides apple, I pick up yeast, honey, floral, and citrus. Nice and fruity, but not overly sweet or commercial tasting. It reminds me a bit of French cider, but it is nearly still. The hint of tannins is a nice touch. Yum! Reviewed on 12 Mar 2016
