Clear dark caramel gold colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Strong apple aroma with lots of wild and tannic elements. Semi-dry. Taste has a good bit of tannins and a bold wild apple flavor also with some honey, earth and yeast notes. Light bitterness and tartness. Medium bodied.
