Tart and funky. This is foeder aged and definitely has a bretty funkiness that Wicked Weed is known for with their beers. It has an acetone nose and light fruitiness. I prefer sweeter, less funky ciders but this is an interesting choice if you like something acidic and more reminiscent of a farmhouse ale.
