Off Dry

A good flavor balance between pear and apple with a great solid cider taste. Properly dry and good to drink.

Very nice dry cider and pear comes through quite well. If I saw this on a bar menu I would certainly order it. Not something you’d want if you’re looking for something “in your face” but since I rarely am it’s a good fit.
