From Barmann Cellars’ Poubelle line, this is a low-ABV (3.0%} beverage directed at the interest in lower-alcohol options. Off Leash is made by rehydrating and pressing the apple ponace from earlier pressings. Dry, unfiltered, a bit thin but flavorful.
