Orchard Blend Carbonated Cider

Doc Waters’ flagship cider. Effervescent, fizzy, dry, light yellow pour. Easy to drink!

This has the right amount of everything to make it wonderfully versatile. Tartness to entice, cleanliness to refresh, enough bubbles to enhance without overinflating. I could enjoy this by itself on a fall day thanks to its crisp fruitiness, on a summer day to cool the mechanism, or a winter night to celebrate. Also pairs great with pork and beef.

I got a bottle of Doc Waters Sparkling to go from the cidery after strawberry picking at Butler's Orchard and enjoyed it later at home. It is very fizzy with a light apple taste. It reminds me a bit of some of the ciders I drank in Canada. Nothing too funky, just a light touch of minerality. It would pair well with food, but it's not a by itself drinking cider for me.
