Light, sharp & fairly sweet. Not a lasting flavour but refreshing on a warm day.

A cider made for Bulmers by Sarah Hawkins who is an apple grower and artisan cider maker drawing on three generations of expertise on her early 19th century farm deep in the Herefordshire countryside. Contains sulphites. "A medium bodied sparkling apple cider, with the suttle bittersweet taste of true Herefordshire red apples"

One of my favourite ciders by Bulmers. Nice with some ice on a hot day. Haven’t seen this one in many pubs though.

Made from Herefordshire red apples. This has a mild apple skin aroma, and a golden colour. The flavour is mild, with a little sharpness, but has no complexity and little aftertaste. Acceptable, but undistinguished.
