Golden, still, sweet apple and pear cider. Wild fermented using 100% fresh juice from their chemical-free orchard. Beautifully balanced with the crisp sharpness of Bramley apples and smooth sweetness of Conference pears. An absolute delight, take time to appreciate the subtle complexities, it is light years away from some of the commercial sugary "cider" available. One of my favourite ciders.
