Loved this. Under the nose it’s earthy and you can smell the yard it came from and where it was pressed - such a lovely organic aroma. Deep amber in colour touching on bronze with a lovely sharp taste, then silky and mellow with plenty of apple flavour, medium in body and sweetness, short on length and with medium fizz. I could drink this all day despite it being 6%ABV. It’s very nice. The aftertaste has a hint of ginger, it’s really pleasant. Something a bit different. Really nice. Love this. Would give it 5/5 but just lacking a bit of rigid taste as slightly watery and I feel I do have to leave my 5/5 category for ciders that just hit my mark. Otherwise this a bold and firm 4/5.

Light copper colour, with a ripe fruit aroma, with distinct oak tones. Mellow fruit flavour, with a tangy aftertaste, carrying light oak tones and soft tannins. Nice clean, crisp cider, with a little complexity and depth bringing interest to a refreshing drink.

Light copper colour, mild fizz and completely clear. Aroma of very ripe apples. Very clean. Nice and refreshing. The oak taste comes through well with a little caramel. Thoroughly enjoyable and drinkable!
