7:32 Friday night over looking my neighborhood — my glass holds a milky golden color elixir with a sweet fermented scent, that starts with a classic sour-tart effervescent flavor that then leaves a light but noticeable yeast sensation. Right now, right here, the world is marvelous. 🍏🍎♥️

750ml bottle retails for $16 in Northern CA. Made from heirloom & culinary apples, partially barrel aged. Notes of heirloom apples, lemon, must, mineral, yeast, and herbs.  Long finish.  Hidden ABV. Well-made but not my favorite style. Very subtle flavor. On the introductory end of farmhouse-style (and labeled as such, which is awesome).
