A clear to slightly hazy pour with medium carbonation. This has a nice apple flavor with a mildly tart finish. Like other Ironbound ciders I have tried, there is a light straw flavor due to the yeast.
One of our favorite ciders to find in our fridge. Light and crisp, with just a little sweetness; nice carbonation; lovely balance. First rate and enhanced by the memory of the tasting room at Ironbound Farm.
