Champagne colour - medium to light fizz, I’m not quite sure what to make of this. Picked up a few bottles in Lidl, and thought I’d give it a go. It’s ok. It’s light in colour and heavier in taste, it’s quite acidic and you can taste the apple skins and sharpness. You can taste the earth ever so slightly - and that adds something to an otherwise refreshing effort - as it’s nice as a solo drink, but it’s definitely not a session cider. Wouldn’t rush to buy it again, but I’m not trying to be harsh, just that it’s ok and a decent effort and worth a go if you like medium/dry ciders that are on the drier side.
