Light yellow colour, moderate haziness and pretty fizzy. For this apple pomace has been smoked and then fermented. Light pomace aroma. Flavour is quite fresh but also contains berries and smoke. High Peak are donating to Client Earth with each sale and this is a cause I think we should all back. If the cider was a bit more to my tastes they would be getting more from me!
