Pale gold, with a light green tint, and an aroma of dessert apple skin, a hint of straw, and a yeasty edge.
Sharp dessert fruit flavour, with a little strawberry, and perhaps lychee, drying quickly on the palate.
Produced by a vineyard who specialise in sparkling wines, and it's pedigree is clear in the taste. Quality fine cider, with delicate flavours, but, as often, too gassy for my personal taste.
