Comes in a 1 pint (568 ml) bottle, and is made in association with the cidermaker at Polgoon Orchards, using champagne yeast.
Pale amber, with a light aroma of apple skin and wood.
Bittersweet apple flavour, softening to a slightly yeasty finish, with a touch of alcohol burn.
Competent and drinkable, but does not stand out.
