A fairly mild perry. It does have some of the characteristic Perry bitterness, but it doesn't linger. It is surprisingly thin though.

As Perries go, this is a very clean tasting one. Nice pear flavour, sweetish but not overly so. Like that it's 'still' in the English style rather than carbonated.
