Pale lime-green, with a light, fresh floral aroma.
Sharp, refreshing, fruity flavour, with hints of elderflower, but without any particular pear flavour.
Little over-carbonated for me; would have merited 4 stars, otherwise, for its crisp, thirst-quenching qualities.
