Perry Miloslawski

The pour is a clear light amber with light to medium effervescence. The aroma is sweet vinegar. The taste is semi sweet pear and sour. The finish is medium vinegar and sour. It has some mouthfeel creates mostly from the carbonation. It’s a different perry with the sour/vinegary note that permeates the aroma and flavor. I thought it would be really sweet and it’s not but I was really not prepared for the vinegar notes. It is not one I really like.

Fairly standard perry made from pear juice concentrate. Given the sugar content, I expected it to taste sweeter than it does. It has a mild pear aroma and taste. I do get a little of the vinegar that others reviewers note, but not enough to be off-putting; perhaps it varies by lot. Overall I find it drinkable, but nothing too exciting.

Aroma is light and a bit sour; taste has a note of vinegar. Slight hint of caramel. Not particularly strong on pear. Clear golden yellow with mild carbonation.

Semi sweet Pear Cider. All pear no apple mixed in.
