Pippin

Clear, pale, medium, very fruity, easily drinkable, excellent. Had at Great British Winter Beer Festival, Burton on Trent.

Cloudy straw colour, no carbonation. Citrus zesty aroma. Fruit initial taste with hint of spice at the end. Mild acidic flavour at the end which leave mild dryness. Bought at the Queen's Head in Chepstow.
