Plum & Ginger Cider

This is a plum and ginger medium cider from MacIvors (interesting,I know!! Absurd? maybe!) As you can imagine I was very entrigeing by this and it did not disappoint. A medium Irish cider, slightly sparkling and full of fruit flavour. First you get the burst of the rich, well-rounded apple, then followed up with the mellow plum tones and just as your thinking "this is nice" you get the heat from the ginger to give it that impressive finish. This really is a remarkable cider and non of the aspects are overpowering in anyway. It just works and what a delight!
