Comes in a 375 ml bottle, with light sediment.
Light amber and slightly hazy, with a strong aroma of biscuit and toast, and tones of honey and almond.
Bitingly dry, with a sharp, tart edge. The biscuit and toast flavour dominates from the start, with some funk in the finish.
I quite enjoyed this unusual and challenging cider, but it will certainly not be to everyone's taste. Perhaps a long alternative to a malt at the end of an evening.
