The pour is an apricot with medium effervescence. The aroma is hay, herbs, and hops. The taste is dry herbs and hops. The finish is slightly tart and hops. The label says spices and doesn’t mention hops but it sure seems like it has some. I get a beer quality to it. The apricot look is from sweet potato and carrot. It has a nice balance sweet to acids balance though not a lot of body.
