Strange almost fluorescent yellow colour, moderate turbidity and still.
Over ripe apple aroma.
Flavour feels artificial. Tart and light on fruit with minerals and herbs.
I was told this was ‘as dry as we go’ on purchase and given that and the multiple sweetners the name is a bit misleading.
