PUB CIDER

This is a very nice english style cider. The first product of a new cidery and has great promise. A good go-to cider.

Light bodied and smooth drinking cider. I like a little more body, but I suspect this relies on a heavy dose of dessert apples. Nevertheless, they’ve avoided an overly apple-y taste. A bit strong to be a session cider, but has that kind of taste.
