Deep copper coloured, clear and still. Made from Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak & Sweet Coppin apples. They mostly make single variety ciders so this is a rare blend. Strong ripe fruit aroma with a bot of vinegar. Rich apple flavour with dried fruit. Rich, soft and smooth.
