Pulsar

Clear, dry - especially for a Michigan cider. Pulsar blends tangy apples with a slight tartness before finishing crisp and clean.

Clear light golden pour with light-to-moderate carbonation. Moderate apple aroma. Taste has moderate-to-strong apple flavor that is crisp, moderately tart and slightly bitter.

This is a sour cider, which is a completely new concept to me. It doesn't have much flavor, just tartness and dryness.

Definitely dry and smooth but nothing to write home about.
