Literally bone-dry. Almost a savory character that reminds me of a beer. while I love, love, LOVE a good truly dry hard cider, the savory "beer-iness" is almost a bit too much for me. Would definitely drink again though if it was on offer and a pub vs the sweet more typically American commercial styles.
