Fresh, fruity flavour, with a sour edge, becoming strongly mineral and earthy in the aftertaste, and clay in the finish.
Unusual flavours, and the strong clay finish, make this a very different kind of cider, but it grows on you, and gets easier to drink as the glass empties.
