Quincy Jo & Hops

Comes in a 330 ml bottle, with light sediment. Plummy, cloudy red, with a floral aroma, edged with berry. Initially, floral hops, but gaining tart blackcurrant in the aftertaste, with a slight sourness (presumably the quince) in the finish. Interesting, complex, and with depth, but not a particularly sessionable cider, despite the ABV; I think one would be sufficient in any sitting. This would probably be quite a good Xmas cider, with a mince pie, or two.
