Fairly unusual for a cidery in the Pacific Northwest, this is a mostly flat and unfiltered cider. The raspberry is subtle, but pleasant. The apple selection don’t lend this the traditional tannins, so there is little bitterness. There is a bit of a funky aftertaste, but generally clean finish.
