Light pinkish red pour with a moderate amount of effervescent bubbles. Light aroma of apples and pears. Very tannic and mildly acidic with lots of fruit flavor that balances between tart and sweet. Also has a good amount of apple skin flavor coming through.
A really interesting cider. Sweet and fruity but bone dry. Light acetic quality on the nose and tongue, barely carbonated. The acid and tannins pair really well with food. A guiding light for American cider.
