Rhubarb

Although this is a blend of apples and rhubarb, there is an incredible rhubarb aroma. I thought this may be a bit overwhelming, but the resultant cider is wonderful. Very crisp and fresh, and the rhubarb lingers on the palate. A perfect drink for any season, highly recommended

This is my first cider from Saxby's and it was a very pleasant induction! I was expecting it's visual appearance to be a pink/red colour but I was wrong! It poured a light yellow colour and had a sweet aroma. The apple cider identity is very crisp and refreshing then the mellow rhubarb flavour develops into the aftertaste. Overall this is a satisfying fruit cider with a good blend of flavours which makes this a real thirst quencher!

Pale yellow, with a floral aroma, carrying only a little raw rhubarb with it. Smooth, sweet cider flavour, but the rhubarb develops on the palate, dominating an acidic aftertaste. Well-made fruited cider, which allows both the cider and the rhubarb flavours to come through.
