Rogue Valley Perry

This is a dry Perry with a pale pour and medium carbonation. It’s a good take on the classic apple cider but with an obvious pear base instead of apple.

Made from a mix of barland, barnet, bosc, comice, and Romanian pears. This is a very nicely made perry (no apple at all). It has a nice, light mouthfeel with a clean finish. The pear flavor is distinctive but subtle. This has enough character to make an interesting sipping drink, but smooth enough to drink by the pint. Would definitely drink again.
