Bolton Beer Works makes a few ciders and this is their take on a rosé. It’s an “off dry,” effervescent cider that has a pink tone from added red grape fruit juice from Nashoba Valley Winery, which is Bolton’s parent/partner company. It’s got a lot of body and has a bit of sweetness from the grapes that pairs well with spicy food. It’s a nice rosé cider that honors both apple and grape.
