Rose

This cider has a light red, dark pink pour with a medium carbonation. There are aromas of apple and grape juice on the nose. It is a sweet cider with a clear pour. The flavors on the palate hint of the 70% Cider, 15% Concord grape and 15% Catawba grape mix. It is easily drinkable with a slight sweet wine flavor on the finish. Though I prefer dryer ciders, I am open to a well made sweet cider and this is one of them.

Clear light ruby colored pour with heavy carbonation. Strong mineral aroma. Moderate acidity. Overly sweet candy-like flavor. Light weak red wine flavor also stands out.
