Clear pink colored pour with heavy carbonation. Strong fruity nose with some apple, hibiscus, and light berry aromas. Taste follows the nose with a moderate to strong and lightly tart fruity flavor that has a good mix of apple, berry and hibiscus. Moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied. Semi-sweet.

Semi-sweet cider with deep rosé color and wine-like aroma. Currant juice comes through in taste, yielding a tinge of strawberry flavor as well.
