Made from Airlie redflesh apples, whuch provide a beautiful pink hue. Definitely tart, with strong flavor. Jolts the taste buds at first, but this grew on us. Distinctive and worth trying.

Light redish color and faint aroma. Nice rich mouthfeel but a slightly sour citrus note that I'm not a big fan of.
