Sarasola

Very tart, highly astringent, dry cider, very typical of the genre, I loved it. What a great summer drink after a hot day working in the fields. Fruity nose, lots of wild yeast by the smell and taste.

I can't feel my hands...

I prefer it as a gulping cider, but not as a sipping cider.

Sour.
